Step 11: Draw the lips

Draw two curved lines in the middle of the face starting from the left edge of the irregular oval and ending your line about 3/4 the way through the middle.
Step 12: Connect the head to the body
Draw a line from the bottom of the head to the body to connect the head to the body.
Step 13: Draw the nose and stripe pattern

Draw a dot for the nostril and a zig-zag line for his chest stripe and connect that to his arm starting from the mouth.
Step 14: Cleanup sketch and darken the eye
Now clean up the sketch. Erase all the guidelines used for the initial head and body. We also darkened the eyeball and added two highlights to the eye
Step 15: Add detail
Add two curvy lines to the upper stomach region of the frog’s body. Also, add a line that goes across the leg area for his stripe pattern. Erase part of the frog’s head where the two eyes are. Erase part of the bottom of the eye also.
Step 16: Add pattern
Add random spots on the head and body. make sure the pattern is uniform together.
Step 17: Stipple the shadow
Using your pencil, add a lot of dots in areas where it’s shaded. Alternatively, you could just smudge your shading or use cross-hatching. Darken the bottom of the belly as well.
That’s it! You have now learned how to draw a real frog. Practice makes perfect, so keep drawing and soon you’ll be able to create amazing animals! Have fun!
